The complex is located in a quiet area in the village of Banya, only 5 km from Razlog and the ski resort of Bansko. Built in an area with about 72 thermal springs of mineral water, the village is located in a mountainous area between the three majestic mountains Pirin, Rila and Rhodope, in the center of the Razlog valley. The distance from Sofia and Plovdiv to Banya is about 150 km.

The complex is located in the north-eastern part of the village, which has an altitude of 801 m. In the immediate vicinity of Aqualida Private Homes is a newly built large, modern SPA Center, and only 300 m away are the famous Turkish bath and thermal pool in the village.
